These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zero Limits platform ("Platform"), including all courses, content, features, and services offered by Zero Limits ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or accessing any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Zero Limits is operated by TRFGlobal, registered in the Netherlands with company registration number 91625831, located at Zeilmaker 105, 1121 MG Landsmeer, North Holland, Netherlands.

1. Services

We provide a subscription-based online membership service granting you access to a library of digital courses, materials, videos, resources, and related features ("Services"). Access is personal and non-transferable.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing date. All purchases are for individual use only—accounts and materials may not be shared. We also reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or revoke access when necessary.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance via our payment processor Stripe.

  • Prices are listed on the Platform and may change with notice.

  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancelled.

  • All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

5. Cancellation and Termination by You

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support: support@myzerolimits.com.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next payment date. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the next billing date, you will be charged for the following month, and your access will continue through that billing period.

  • No partial-month refunds are provided unless required by law.

6. Refund Policy

  • New subscriptions: If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase by emailing support support@myzerolimits.com with your order details. After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued for the initial payment.

  • This 48-hour voluntary refund window applies in addition to (and does not limit) any statutory rights you may have.

  • For subsequent renewals: no refunds except in exceptional cases at our discretion.

  • Refunds (where approved) are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (videos, texts, materials, designs) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription.

You may not: download, copy, share, distribute, modify, create derivative works, sell, or use the content outside the Platform without our written permission.

We may revoke this license and terminate access for violations.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share account access or content with others

  • Use the Services for commercial purposes

  • Upload harmful content, spam, or infringe rights

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. No Guarantees / Results Disclaimer

Courses are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results, earnings, success, or outcomes from using the Services. Results depend on individual effort and other factors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  • We are not responsible for third-party links, tools, or interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or where prohibited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. via email or in-app notice). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring claims in your country of residence under mandatory consumer protection rules.
